PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

All products are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer. Please review all names, dates, addresses, wording, and customization details carefully before submitting your order.

Proofs are provided for select items prior to printing. Once a proof has been approved, RobbinsNested is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect information, or design details approved by the customer.

PRODUCT PHOTOS & COLORS

We make every effort to accurately display our products and colors. However, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and device displays.

Because our products are professionally printed paper goods, slight variations in color, texture, and placement may occur and are considered normal.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Once an order is placed, it may not be canceled or modified after production has begun. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

If we are unable to complete your order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before production begins.

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing times vary by product and season. Estimated turnaround times are provided within product descriptions but are not guaranteed.

RobbinsNested is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue caused by our shop, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Approved issues may qualify for a replacement or refund.

Refunds will not be issued for customer-provided errors, including spelling mistakes, incorrect wording, or incorrect information submitted during checkout or proof approval.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, and content on this website are the property of RobbinsNested and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
