Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order. Proofs are provided for select items to ensure spelling, wording, and design details are correct prior to printing.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error caused by our shop, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Approved issues may qualify for a replacement or refund.
Refunds are not issued for customer-provided errors, including spelling mistakes, incorrect information submitted at checkout, or color variations caused by screen settings.
