Thank you for shopping with RobbinsNested. Each order is thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality possible.


Processing Times

Because all items are personalized and made to order, processing times vary depending on the product and season.


Proofs for select items are typically sent within 2 business days after purchase. Once a proof has been approved, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for printing and shipment unless otherwise noted in the product description.


During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping

Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Please note that shipping timeframes provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. RobbinsNested is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


If you notice an address error, please contact me as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipped.


Delays & Lost Packages

RobbinsNested is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.


If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If additional assistance is needed, I am always happy to help however I can.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so I can review the issue and assist accordingly.
