Will I receive a proof before printing?

Yes! Every personalized item will receive a proof. A digital proof will be sent within 2 business days to the email address provided. Please respond promptly to avoid delays. If I do not receive a response within 5 days of proof delivery, the order may either be printed as shown or canceled, depending on the item.

 

When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.


Can I personalize my order?

Yes! Many of my products can be customized with names, initials, wording, or colors. Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Because many items are custom-made, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun. If you need assistance, please contact me as soon as possible.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the personalized nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help.


What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so I can review the issue and assist accordingly.


Why do colors look slightly different in person?

Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and device display.
